This review is based on the experience which I had at The Waffles Hut, Amanora outlet.
I was a part of foodies who got the invite for tasting session.
We were introduces to the owner of the Waffles Hut franchise Mr. Tanmay Bhaosale and the perticular outlet owner Mr.Sujit Varpe. Tanmay seems so kind and passionate about his mission on food. He told us the story behind to get into the Waffles Hut business. It was very exciting to know about him and his passion. Sujit was sitting with us throughout and shared his experiance too about stepping into and establishing in this business.
Lets start with the yummy waffles and pancakes review now.
We were given all the below waffles a quarter so that we can taste more of them.
At first we were given the Speciality of the place:
1. Belgium Chocolate Spread – A sin. For first time goers this waffle is must have.. Its so chocolaty that you cant stop yourself eating this.
Banana Caramel with oreo crumbles – This one for me was best among all. Crisp waffle topped with caramellized banana and oreo crumbles and whipped cream.
Velvet crunch with Blueberry crush – This one was also good and blend of whippes cream and blueberry crush. One suggestion in this would be a little less on sweet side would have made this one a hero.
Nutella with chocochips- Oh my this was far yumm. You get Nutella spread that to with mixed chocochips. Something to die for 😉
Other favourites:
Marshmallow with Maple syrup – I found this one okayish but rest all my foodies on table found it so yummy. Actually I personally dont like marshmellows so may be because of that I did not find ut so much attractive. But for marshmellow lovers this can be a perfect choice.
Jelly belly delight –
Fantacy waffle served with smooth whipped cream and topped with gummy jelly beans.
Cinnamon apple waffle – Waffle topped with whipped cream and thin apple slices. And dash of cinnamon powder. Cinnamon was giving that spicy n sweet taste it.
Shakes:
Mango milkshake – Creamy mango milkshake not on too sweeter side made it amazing.
Butterscotch milkshake – This one was fantastic. We had to share all these with rest of foodies 😦 otherwise I would have slurrp it all by myself. This was damn good.
Chocolate milkshake- No doubt it was good but in all these 3 milkshakes served to us I would mark it on number 3.
Pancakes
Butter with maple syrup – soft pancake topped with maple syrup and a melting cube of butter . So yummy it was.. Actually I am die hard fan of pancakes. Which I tried here were really nice.
Belgium Chocolate Spread – chocolate spread on same pancake but the combination of pancake with chocolate was amazing.
Dryfruits with chocolate sauce- This was same as abouve the difference being it was topped with mixed dryfruit chunks like cashew, pistachio etc
All n all I had good time here. With amazing waffles. Baseline to be noted is : ALL THE WAFFLES SERVED WERE EQUALLY CRISPY.
People who work here are well trained by Tanmay himself that he always makes sure the the customer will always get satisfied with their waffles and all other menu.
Shortly they will be introducing churros, crepes and spicy waffles too. Where all you people out can try out both sweet and savory waffles under one roof 🙂 Isn’t it amazing!
Currently with Waffles they serve ice cream, juices, pancakes, milkshakes, brownie with ice cream
