Preciously we have visited this place couple of times but each time we reached K Factory around 9 pm and saw the place full packed and minimum of 40 minutes of waiting line. And we, disappointed and helpless came out and decided that whenever we go next will go early in evening.
So in this recent visit, actually it wasn’t pre planned at all but we reached to The K factory at 7.40 pm and only couple of tables were occupied. Ahh!!! Finally it was time which we were waiting! Long pending restaurant in our wish list is finally about to checked.
Manager showed us a small table with two chairs. Talking about seating arrangement, it was little uncomfortable as table for two was a small round table and a hanging lamp which was coming directly parallel to eye sight, it was disturbing big time 😐
Anyways let’s talk about most important part that is FOOD 🙂
Menu is pretty good with many varieties and choices to choose from.
Prawns Poppadum – Pan fried chilli prawns served on prawns poppadums and topped with green scallions. Prawns poppadums were non oily and crispy. Warning!! Those prawns were very very spicy, and the same warning was given to us by captain while we were placing order for this. Even though it is very spicy yet it has distinctive flavour.
Spicy chicken peri peri flat bread
Slow roasted peri peri chicken with onion, tomatoes and gooey mozzarella. Flat bread was throughout very crispy and thin. Chicken threads were cooked beautifully. This flat bread was drizzled over with reduced balsamic which was giving this sweetish tangy taste. This is highly recommended dish !!
Pan fried paprika chicken – Tossed in paprika puree served with spaghetti algo olio and stir fried veggies. Spaghetti was cooked Al Dante, perfectly. What I felt was the flavour and gravy of the paprika chicken was almost similar to that of prawns poppadum one. Chicken was cooked nicely, it was tender and soft. Grilled veggies were giving crunchy texture.
Dessert
Caramel panacotta
OMG!! It was heavenly made dessert. It is still haunting me. Beautiful Candy floss ball on delicious panacotta topped with a little coffee dust. This is highly recommended. I can go to The K Factory 10 times in a row just to have this dessert. Brilliant!!
Overall we had good time at this place with some great food.
Am I going to The K Factory again?
