West Bengal puffed red rice and lemon bhel (Vegan)

From this section we tried the Masala Makhana, Peri peri parmesan onion bhajji and truffle popcorn. These quick bites are good on the go while you wait for the starters and mains. Popcorn was pretty much of plain ones with hint of truffle oil. Masala makhana were spicy and addictive.

Out of above we tried the – Ignite bowl which was a nice combination of masala quinoa, sprouts, grilled bread and poached egg. Masala quinoa bowl was a pretty looking bowl consisting of mildly spiced ragi khichdi topped with sweet potato crisps and mascarpone cream. ( A very good option for vegetarians). The next bowl was a brick seared chicken thigh strips with cherry tomatoes and lemon quinoa. This bowl was very well balanced in terms of texture and flavor.

The next one – Koliwada fish and frito lay sprinkled with ghati masala. Something crunchy from outside and moist from inside. BBQ pulled pork sliders, caramelized Nasik onions, sorghum flour bread

From these the must try ones are Bbq pulled pork sliders which are super bombs of flavours and textures. Sweetness from the caramelized onions, sourness from the olives, and juiciness of pulled pork. Second best is Chipotle Chicken with tahini sauce and the major attraction for this one is Charcoal bread which is tad black and looks spectacular.
