‘Incredible’ that’s the word I feel is suitable for the experience at Rhubarb. Pune’s food scenes are growing day by day with many new restaurants coming up and trying to bring something new, something unique concept. Some are using unique presentation techniques through which they are serving Indian cuisine with a twist in taste and presentation. Few others are coming up various continental cuisine such as Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Brazilian, African and what not! Very few of the restaurants stand out from the crowd when it comes to food experience. And friends, we have now found this one place which is one of it’s kind. Your meal at Rhubarb is definitely going be a sweet long lasting memory.
Foodprowl team was invited exclusively for food tasting at Rhubarb on Wednesday 22nd February, 2017 for dinner. Well, currently Rhubarb is operational from 6 pm to 11 pm daily but soon they will be opening their doors for whole day dining.
Specialty at Rhubarb is they do not have constant and traditional food menu. As they are concentrating mainly on the seasonal vegetables. Their menu includes food dishes which are suitable for current season and also ingredients which are rich, organic, healthy and seasonal. They have a tie-up with a farm where they produce all types of garden vegetables, lettuces, fruits. They are using all the fresh produce which really shows off.
At tasting session we had few of their offerings and I really loved them all. If you ask me to rank those dishes then that would be pretty hard job for me as all of them were outstanding and delicious.
