The mouth watering spread includes an interesting assortment of kachories such as Raj kachori and Pyaz ke kachori. In the main course, patrons can enjoy the evergreen gathia and kalmi, tasty aloo matar kesaag, dahi aloo and Bhindi aamchuri, royal Jaipuri kadhi, Dhudhia kofte and the all time favourite daal baati churma to name a few. The non veg spread is equally mesmerizing with dishes like the majestic Lal maas, Safed maas and Mohan maas amongst other sumptuous offerings.
You can accompany these with soft and tender breads like Bajra ki roti, methi bajra poori, misi roti, make ki roti, jawar ki roti and parathas. With flavoursome sweets such as the rich ghevar, dilkhushaal, hot gulabjamun, palangtorh, smooth and creamy rasmalali, delectable mawa kachori, the dessert spread is  just un-missable and leaves you asking for more. The restaurant wishes to give its patrons an unforgettable culinary experience and hence have invited speciality guest chef Dharmendra Singh all the way from Hilton Jaipur in jugalbandi with Doubltree Hilton Pune’s very own Chef Joy Dey. Chef Dharmendra is a renowned chef and a well-heeled enthusiast of Rajasthani cuisine.

Well, when I was roaming around for pictures in the beginning, I went to dessert counter first as it was inviting me literally! And started with coconut mawa barfi which was very delectable! We were served on table with all the Rajasthani delicacies. Sago papad and multigrain papad were presented as platter along with a welcome drink to start off with.

By passing just couple of dishes rest all were delectable and I enjoyed it. My preference was non vegetarian and Safed maad with mattar poori was amazing combo, I wasn’t able to stop myself from eating those light and airy puris.

Sangri ke seekh was basically sangri mixed with potato, nuts, spices and cooked in tandoor. Next entrant was Mirchi wada which was quite good, a batter fried mashed potato stuffed chillies. In non vegetarian starter we tried Maas ke shole and Mathania chillli fish. Fish used was sole fish and with was cooked to perfection. Because this fish was cooked on griddle it had nice thin crispy layer on the outside and moist inside. Maas ke shole was basically tender baby lamb pieces marinated in rich almond, cashewnut and brown onion paste and grilled to perfection.

Then I had Rajasthani paya shorba and spinach fritters chaat. Both were really good in terms of taste and appearance. Rajasthani paya shorba had goat trotters cooked with Indian spices.

The most awaited dish was on the table now, Daal bati churma. A iron pan with lot of desi ghee and those crispy baatis were drool worthy. Dal had little sticky consistency yet it was tasty. And we asked for more more portion of churma, it was that great, simply perfect.

Kachri do murgh was traditional chicken preparation in kachri masala and tomato gravy. It had tender pieces of chicken. On the other hand I fell in love with Safed maas which was a dish made from lamb. The gravy was rich onion and cashewnut gravy and shallots in it along with tender and succulent lamb pieces. This went really well with Khameeri matter puri.

Mawa ki gujiya and Besan ki chikki were main attractions from the dessert counter, made especially for the rajasthani food festival. The other desserts too were delicious.

So guys, you really don’t want to miss this food festival, it is all worth it!
