By reading the checkpoints you must have realised that this review is going to be super positive. Yes, it has to be. As this amazed me with it’s beauty and especially the good food experience.

This place is located in such an area where there are many IT companies and trust me this place is really good for those mid week parties.

When I was presented the menu to order the food, I was like woah!! Whatta huge menu it was. 30-32 pages of food menu only! That’s the biggest menu I have seen so far. My first 10 minutes were gone in just looking at all those pages and then deciding what to have. 😀

From the bar menu we ordered couple of drinks and those were perfect. Completely balanced and refreshing cocktails. Two of which were whiskey based – The Blue Fairy and Wise whiskey. The other two which we tried later on during meal were Bloger’s choice and The fallen Angel which was a rum based mild cocktail infused with fresh cucumber juice, pineapple and touch of coconut.

So I have tried couple of dishes from each category, such as two starters from Indian, couple of dishes on Cantonese and Mains from Continental.

Gosht Barra Chaap | Dahi ke kebab :

Those lamb chops were shining and the taste was mind blowing with the sourness from malt vinegar and spice from Indian masala and hint of mustard oil. These were topped with some heavy malai and damn these were cooked to perfection. The other one from the veg section – Dahi ke kebab (my favorite) were spot on in terms of texture and taste. Nicely crisp from the outside and soft and delicate inside with mixture of mild spices and hung curd.

Now something from Cantonese : Lobster chilli pepper | Crispy prawn Chung fun

The crispy prawns chung fun was good in taste but the rice sheet was bit hard Due to which was the only feedback for this one. On the other hand the Lobster chilly pepper was presented beautifully and was having fried chunks of lobster and tossed in hot and spicy pepper soy sauce. It was tangy and spicy along with garlicky flavor.

Let’s go dimsum! Well, they usually serve 4 dimsum in a box, although I requested them to make an assorted platter for me where I had 4 types from veg an 2 from non veg along with a tasting portion of bao. Truffle and Edamame dumplings did not impress me much but the corn and water chestnut dumpling was delicious with mixed filling of raw papaya, corn and water chestnut. The nonveg ones had the soft and juicy prawns filled in soft tapioca covered dumpling which was really good.

By the time of ordering mains we were quite full so settled on two continental mains -Porcini and Mushroom Risotto – This was al dante and creamy risotto with parmesan and truffle. The second one was Chicken chermoula – Chicken threads cooked in marinade of parsley, coriander paste and scallions. Served along with creamy and bettery mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. The taste of chicken preparation was very subtle and the texture was creamy.

Now the time to call for dessert! Three Milk Cake, a three layer cube with milk cake sponge in between thickened milkmaid, airated milk cream. This was orgasmic dessert, seriously.

Overall very good place with great food and fast service. Highly Recommended!!

Final Verdict –

Food – 4.5/5

Service – 4.5/5

VFM – 4/5

Ambience – 5/5
