Concept at Bar Bar –
The more drinks on your table, the less amount you pay!
At BAR BAR they have created alcohol categories such as Popular, Premium and Luxury- which contains a selection of spirits: – whisky, vodka, rum, gin etc. If the entire group sticks to a category and orders at one go, you can hit MWP that is – Maximum Wholesale Price. At MWP you can get drinks as low as Rs 99.

The menu includes classic spirits available in across categories; cocktails served in unique measuring cylinders making for a fun experience – standout feature. Signature Cocktails including Hawaiian, Italian Mule, Mexican Mary and many morecome only in 2 generous sizes: 250ml and 500ml.The cocktails come served in measuring beakers for the added fun quotient. Even Draught Beer is served in 2 sizes only: 500ml and 1000ml priced at a stellar rate of Rs195 and Rs375.
A dedicated section to everyone’s favorite potent cocktail: the Long Island Iced Tea with different variations like The Lynchburg with Jim Beam; Beer Nesse with Gin, Honey & Lager; BAR BAR LIIT and others. Served in 500ml and 1000ml.
Food at Bar Bar –
Food is majorly finger food and categorized as Toasties, Wraps, Potato section, Eggs section and main course as Tiffins. (They dont serve dessert)
In Toasties I tasted –
Kheema Ghotala Masala – Stuffed generously with tawa fried kheema, peas, egg white, onion relish and served along with crunchy potato bits
Tandoori murgh – This one impressed me. Taste was really nice, a toast with indian twist. Tandoori chicken chunks, chaat masala, laccha onion, lime and chilly onion mayo. Perfectly balanced flavors.
Kung Pao Chicken – A toast with Asian twist. Filled generously with wok tossed chicken dry red chilly and fried cashews. This one was average in taste.
Ham And Chilly cheese – This one was quite good. Ham, cheese, capsicum chunks, green chilies, onions and cilantro.
In Potato section we tried –
DIY Basket of fries with 3 dips –
There you have choice of selection from varieties of potato. Spicy curl Q fries, shoestring fries, potato wedges and twice cooked home fries. You can select from 1 to 3 choices in here.
In dips they serve 3 types of dips.
Loaded potato skins –
Tastewise it was good but needed some crunch at outside of the potato skins. This was very soft in texture. Plum potatoes stuffed with sour cream, chives, grated cheddar also you can ask for add on of bacon.
Next up is popcorns –
In this section we tried buttermilk chicken popcorn, Amritsari fish popcorn, Mysore wada popcorn, Wada pav popcorn, jalapeño and cheese popcorns, Shrimps popcorn, Pork Cuchifritos.
I loved the concept of the popcorn. Goes really well with the drinks.
Wraps –
Wraps made from Malabari Paratha Rolls stuffed with grilled chicken strips, masala omelette and a bunch of other fillings.
Eggs-
From the Eggs section I tried Mumbai masala Benedict. I loved it. From presentation to taste everything was perfect.
Tiffins-
For mains there are ‘Tiffins’ inspired by the mainstay of Mumbai – the dabbawallas. Here there are Stanley ka Dabba with Goan Curry, Rice and condiments. The Lucy Liu Tiffin with Asian Rice Combo and other regional-inspired tiffins. The gastropub menu includes familiar items with a large dash of fun and twists.
Note- They serve these tiffins like it is! You gotta eat from those tiffins itself 🙂
So, I liked this place. Nice ambiance, nice food, Great drinks at great prices. A must go place to enjoy drinks with friends 🙂
