On tables you will see fresh basil plants, garlic olive oil and chilli flakes, oregano sprinklers. This concept amazed me that if one wants, can simply pluck that fresh basil leaves and add onto their pizzas as well if required. Isn’t this fascinating!

As offering they have Mozzar’s signature pizzas, classic pizzas, Mozzar’s experiments, Make your own pizza where you get to choose crust type (Pan crust or thin crust) and sauces from Moz red sauce (Classic tomato sauce), Tandoori sauce (Indian touch), Basil pesto sauce (fresh flavour),Shanghai sauce (Some Chinese fun) and then choose your toppings from various topping types from regular to gourmet and at the end finish it up with some drizzles of extra virgin olive oil. They are also serving coffees, shakes, sandwiches, pastas and wraps. And soon (In January going to start their breakfast menu).

Every pizza comes in two size variants one being regular serving one and other Medium which serves two.

What I had?

I had Mozzar’s Signature ‘Bombay smoke’ and ‘The Opera’ pizzas, Extra cheese garlic scroll with corn, Green apple blast, Key-west lime and Brownie with chocolate sauce.

Green Apple Blast and Key-Lime West –

Nice fuzzy drinks where green apple was on sweeter side, the key lime had very tangy punch to it.

Bombay smoke – Hand tossed thin crust covered with Tandoori sauce, mozzarella, smoked chicken cubes, fresh basil and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

Crust was thin and crisp to the edges , nice tandoori sauce flavour to it with addition of fresh basil flavour. I did drizzled few garlic olive oil over this which enhanced the taste of it.

The Opera – Hand tossed thin crust covered with traditional Mozzar’s tomato sauce, handful of mozzarella, grilled chicken and smoked chicken chunks, fresh oregano, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Oh mu god! I loved this [Highly recommended].

Extra cheese garlic scroll with corn – Roll loaded with mozzarella! A dough stuffed with cheese, corns, garlic and sprinkled over with some oregano (baked). This was heavy stuff I tell you, very very cheesy.

Brownie with chocolate sauce – Brownie was decent. A square piece of brownie which was moist to the inside and crispy layer outside topped with some chocolate sauce.

I was so full that I could not try anything else apart from this, but I really liked those pizzas and soon will visit to try out their other pizzas as well with shanghai sauce and pesto sauce.
